Estoy teniendo problemas con la autentificación en :

He probado el mismo usuario y contraseña con los que he accedido a este foro, pero no funciona, he intentado recuperar el id por si era otro pero tampoco me llega ningún correo.

Alguien ha encontrado una solución, lo he probado y funciona.

Resumiendo hay que quitar el check en opciones— combate — desactivar anillos de área de efecto

Today I read about someone else who crashes not only on one PC, but also two different PCs like me. This reassured me in my assumption that the crash was unrelated to any configuration/hardware issues on the user side, but rather related to either the account, or the character. I then checked another character of mine, and it did NOT crash. So I assumed that the bug was character specific. I then proceeded to make a post stating that my one char crashes and another of my chars does not, while nothing else has changed. But then I remembered one thing did actually change between the last crash and my attempt with another character today:

I was running the ascalon dungeon path 2 last night. When we came to a step in which we had to place 5 barrels into 5 red circles, I told my group I cannot see any circles. It was then, that I realized that for some reason the AOE effect circles were turned off in my settings, although I do not remember having turned them off.

So I went back to fractals and entered with my main char, to see if the changed option setting might be the cause of the crash – and it is! With the AOE circles enabled, my main character now could jump past the platform for the very first time!

To be absolutely 100% sure that this is REALLY the reason for the crash, I jumped back and forth from this platform twice, and then disabled the AOE effect circles in the option on the spot. Then I jumped again – and poof, crashed.

Si es muy frustrante, yo la verdad por el momento he dejado de hacer fractales para no hacer perder el tiempo a la gente pero bueno parece que hay algo de movimiento aunque no haya respuesta directa en los foros, en el hilo que ponía arriba ha aparecido esto:

Just recieved response for support after telling them about the crash, and this is now recognizes as not being on our end – I have sent logs, computer statistics, crash info etc to them now per request. Hope they solve it soon.

En el mapa de saltos con arpías creo que se llama Desclasificado siempre se me cierra el juego y me salta la aplicación de reporte de bugs.
Para desgracia de los grupos con los que he ido, he podido comprobar que siempre ocurre en el mismo sitio al saltar de una plataforma especifica a otra siempre la misma.
Ya lo he reportado en el juego.
He probado de jugar al mínimo de gráficos fijar fps y todo lo que se me ha ocurrido.
He reinstalado el SO actualizado drivers y no se que más hacer, principalmente me gustaría saber si:
¿Esto es un error conocido en el que se esté trabajando o es un problema mío?
¿Hay otra vía para reportarlo o he de usar los foros en inglés?
