Guild Wars 2

Hola buenas, hasta ahora no havia tenido ningun problema, pero a partir de hoy he ido con un personaje a los campos de la ruina en la ciudad y se me ha crasheado el gw, y al volver a entrar con ese personaje se me crashea. He ido con otro personaje y al entrar en el teleport de la ciudad tambien se me ha crasheado, y ahora tampoco puedo iniciar sesion con ninguno de los dos, he creado un tercer personaje, y con ese puedo jugar, no me creashea, pero no he ido a los campos de la ruina por miedo a perderlo tambien, porfavor necesito vuestra ayuda, aqui os dejo el codigo de error, que me salta al creashearse.
