He leído que se hacen rollbacks de cuentas hackeadas, pero como no me han dicho nada tampoco se si es cierto.
es cierto, lo publicaron en diciembre.
Cambia la contraseña de tu mail y pon la activacion mediante correo si no o has hecho ya, ya solo queda esperar…

Lo que he hecho a sido ponerme en la cuenta lo del generador de codigos, y al correo le puse la doble seguridad
Otra duda. Hace unos días recibí esto:
“Hello XXXXXX,

Please note that we are unable to recover any losses you may have suffered in your guild or on the trading post.

Y respondi a este correo formulando otro ticket y tambien respondi el correo que ellos me mandaron.
Pero hoy he recibido esto:

No se muy bien que significa, quiere decir que ya van a hacer la restauración o que debo confirmar de nuevo? Si debo confirmar no tiene mucho sentido ya que lo hice con el anterior email. Y ya me han atrasado el backup 6 dias…

Efectivamente te preguntan si quieres que procedan, y te lo preguntan de nuevo porque ha habido un cambio en la fecha a la que te van a resetear la cuenta, para que confirmes que incluso con esa fecha estás de acuerdo.
Si es así, responde y hazselo saber.
